Meeting with Karine Hannah to discuss her repertoire and her band for her upcoming show "Just Me and My Music" at the Metropolitan Room. I am music directing her show. There is gonna be Jim Steinman tunes that she recorded previously with Steinman, a couple of Sezen Aksu tunes that we recorded in 2006, lots of new songs from her new album "Karine" and one or two French tunes.
In the afternoon, I have a writing session with Dennis DelGaudio, we are starting a fresh new song for our catalog.
In the evening, gonna see Adam Shenk and his band perform at Bowery Poetry Club. His show will feature full band:
