That venue that I've seen with so many artists challenged with distractions coming from the other side; that is the audience. But this time, Hannah was able to condense everything on her pure, perfect, sincere and extraordinary talent--her voice.
Karine Hannah: "Guilty Pleasures" - 70's & 80's radio AM/Gold, Soft rock/pop, male songs such as "Sometimes When We Touch( Dan Hill), "How Much I Feel"(Ambrosia), "Come Sail Away" (Styx), "Broken Wings" (Mister Mister), "I'd Really Love to See You Tonight" (England Dan & John Ford Coley). There's over 22 songs packed in to this piano and vocal show. Karine is accompanied by outstanding pianist Clifford Carter( James Taylor), incredible percussionist Miles Kennedy and top back-up vocalists Gregory Clark and John James.
*Karine is donating the proceeds from her performance to S.N.A.C.K. (http://snacknyc.com/): an organization that creates a place for Autistic and special needs children with challenging behaviors to socialize and enjoy recreational activities while learning practical skills in a collaborative, fun and welcoming environment.
